The View Talk New Material

Dundonian pop upstarts The View have been talking tough in a new interview on the making of their much anticipated second album 'Which Bitch?' it has been reported.

Bursting out of Scotland, debut album 'Hats Off To The Buskers' was a stunning mixture of youthful arrogance and classic songcraft. Single 'Same Jeans' sailed up the charts to number three while the album itself went platinum.

Second album 'Which Bitch?' is due for release soon, and lead singer Kyle Falconer has been discussing the new material with the BBC. "I'm starting to feel the pressure now," he told the broadcaster. "We've sort of been nonchalant about the whole thing - we're just trying to keep our cool."

The album contains a cameo by fellow Scot Paulo Nutini, and Falconer was excited to have the singer in the studio. "The song was already finished and he was working in the studio next door," said Falconer. "I just went up and tapped on the door and said, 'Do you fancy singing on this because I thought it'd suit your voice?' It sounds top top - the words are perfect."

The View release 'Which Bitch?' on February 2nd.
