Heat Magazine 'Same Jeans' Review

New year, new rock sensation. Or so music pundits would have us believe. According to them, Dundee four-piece The View are The Libertines and Arctic Monkeys rolled into one. Same Jeans is catchy enough and will stand out in a quiet chart week. It's got a blue-meets-indie guitar riff and a taste of harmonica, plus a rowdily tuneful chorus ("Got the same jeans on"). They've got better songs, though - as their debut album, out 22 January, shows.
